Processing Times
Each of our orders are meticulously designed before material is prepared and pressed. Our custom items are 1-of-1 and created within a maximum of 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (times may vary depending on location and customs)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries. Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country’s postal service and customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@bcantuscreations.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
